Sasa Djordjevic graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade, Department for International Relations in 2007. Currently, he is attending postgraduate studies in European Studies at the same Faculty.
Djordjevic has been working as a Researcher in the BCSP since November 2008.
Since 2009, he edited the Newsletter on Justice and Home Affairs in the EU and Serbia, and now, he is the editor and chief contributor to the Newsletter on Rule of Law and Justice and Home Affairs.
In his research, Djordjevic focuses mostly on human rights protection in the security sector, police reform in Serbia, and development of police cooperation in the Western Balkans.
His areas of interest are home affairs of the EU, police reform, local safety, hooligan-related violence, and security theories.
He mostly publishes (scientific articles and policy papers) on issues of internal security in the Western Balkans and the European Union.
