          • Transparency in the Security Sector

          • Free access to information of public importance, as well as clear definition of conditions under which certain data may be classified, are precondition to efficient oversight of security institutions. BCSP closely observes level of transparency of actors in security sector, especially in regard to their budgeting and procurement practices. Also, it monitors protection of citizens personal data, suggesting practical solutions leading to legal regulation of this field.
