    • NATO Parliamentary Assembly Delegation in the Centre

    • Date: 22 October 2010
      Delegation of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (PA) visited the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy on Friday, October 22.

      Eight members of the PA, representing five member countries in the Subcommittee for Democratic Governance (of the Civil Dimension of Security Committee) led by Vice Chair Person Vincenzo Bianco (Italy) and Rapporteur Marc Angel (Luxembourg) were greeted by Director Sonja Stojanovic and Deputy President of the Managerial Board Milorad Timotic.

      Topics that were discussed with BCSP researchers included:

      • perception of NATO in the society of Serbia,
      • organisations' involvement in security policies,  
      • principal achievements in regional security cooperation and
      • practices of democratic civilian control.
