            The seminar was organized in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia and Montenegro to offer better knowledge about the topic, and to strengthen the cooperation between civil society and MPs in the security sector.

        • More than 50 participants including members of the Serbia and Montenegro Assembly, Serbian and Montenegrin parliaments, Serbia and Montenegro Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Montenegrin Ministry of Interior, representatives of Belgrade University, Non-Government Organizations, and the media.

          A collection of the papers was published as a special issue of "Mreža" Bulletin, Civic Initiatives.
